Mike Torto is a highly accomplished CEO with over 30 years of executive management experience. His leadership has been global, having guided both private and public companies of varying sizes, stages and locations through rapid growth and value. Mike built his career and reputation from taking on some of the most complex corporate challenges, leading start-up companies struggling to scale, later stage companies searching for a repeatable go-to-market model, and public companies looking to reinvent themselves. Mike has been known to quickly and accurately assess the company’s opportunities and market conditions, and make fast and focused recommendations on how to quickly improve operational performance, all while strengthening individual and team performance, building a winning culture, and executing strategies that focus the company on the important issues while avoiding the unproductive noise.

• Mentored and cultivated a diverse group of 7+ software engineering managers to lead and grow 50+ software professionals.

• Created and evolved career development, recruiting, hiring, interviewing, retention, and management programs that grew the software organization from 15-200 people.

•Architected, managed and oversaw critical revenue growth (NPS improving) projects that generate over $500M per year such as Instant Booking, Instant Connect, Same Day Service, On-Demand, Cost Guide.

• Led the integration of HomeAdvisor’s matching platform into Angie’s List consumer site which generates $100M in revenue annually.

Tim has responsibility for the Finance, IT and Operations Teams. Tim joined Alvaria in August 2021 and has over 25 years of experience as a C-Level executive in finance, accounting and operations. He has demonstrated consistent success in driving and managing profitable growth strategies in technology and other industries. Additionally, Tim has extensive mergers and acquisitions experience having led more than 20 purchase or sale transactions and has a deep background in capital markets, raising and managing both private and public debt and equity. He empowers his teams to execute against mutually established goals to drive outstanding outcomes.

After qualifying as a Chartered Professional Accountant with Deloitte, Wynand joined SaaS-based Kinaxis where he served as Controller through its IPO on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Subsequently he served as CFO at Rockgarden Cannabis through its capitalization and sale to Auxly, and as CFO at Embotics through its capitalization and sale to Snow Software. He currently serves as CFO at HammerTech, Brokrete, and BryterCX.
