Generally good people.
BAD communication. I mean, absolutely abysmal. I often find out about things via the rumor mill that I should hear from management. Even things that directly affect my day-to-day workings. ESPECIALLY things that directly affect my everyday workings. It's almost a daily surprise what I'll be doing for the day when it should be routine.
