Groupe Burrus made its debut in 1923 in Strasbourg, with the creation of ESCA by the Burrus family.
Comprised of around fifty companies, the Burrus Group has been built around company acquisitions and organic growth since 1923.
It was in 1991 that Christian Burrus, (3rd generation) took over from his father Paul as Managing Director.
Jeff began his career at UBS PaineWebber in 2001, where he ranked in the top 3% of his national class for assets under management.
After a brief stint with an independent firm, he branched out on his own and founded Burrus Financial Services in 2006.
In addition, in 2008, Christian Burrus decided to diversify into brokerage by acquiring the firm DIOT, itself already present throughout France thanks to multiple subsidiaries, and internationally thanks to the EOS RISQ network.
Groupe Burrus made its debut in 1923 in Strasbourg, with the creation of ESCA by the Burrus family. It was in 2010 that the two companies became AFI-ESCA. Today, AFI-ESCA operates in France, Italy, Belgium and Luxembourg.
In 2011, Dan was recruited by RBC Partners to teach financial literacy workshops.
2012 -Acquisition of FAPE OBSEQUES, an insurance broker specializing in funeral guarantees, which will be followed by the purchase of LE VOEU FUNERAIRE.
2016 – Acquisition of 49% of QUALIBROKER, a Swiss German broker headquartered in Zurich.
