MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the daily execution of end-to-end ID Card production activities (i.e. File monitoring/release, Special Handling, Proofs, Reflags, etc.); escalate identified issues with Supervisor, ID Card Production. Oversees the ID Card shared mailbox organization, inquiries, responses, etc. Analyze, research, root cause and resolve ID Card issues to determine root cause and communicate findings with Supervisor Supports data tracking and reporting of production activities with attention to accuracy and data integrity Support activities for testing and deploying new or changing inventory (i.e. shells, card code set-up, inserts, etc.) upon completion of Marketing design phase. Identify process and system improvement opportunities and articulate concepts to leadership.
