Your Role on Our Team:
Under the direction of the Talent BusinessPartner, you will help to forecast, identify, build, and implement proactive talent solutions that align with business goals. The Sr Talent Advisor supports the Accessories Operations business unit with Performance Management, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Workforce Planning and uses business acumen along with their talent expertise to build strategic partnerships. You'll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:
BusinessPartnership:
Demonstrates basic enterprise-wide financial, regulatory and compliance principals and consistently applies those principals to Talent processes, policies, and initiatives
Partners with business leaders and Talent COEs to develop appropriate talent plans to build bench strength for organizational transformation
Collaborates with business leaders to create and develop plans to positively impact the organizational environment using Talent data analytics and insights
Engages key stakeholders and influences senior leadership to align talent to business strategies
Employee Relations & Compliance:
Serves as a Talent subject matter expert in relevant labor laws, legal rulings, and regulations with ability to consult and coach on complex Talent issues
Maintain positive employee relations by creating a responsive, open environment, where employees feel safe to speak up
Conduct and document internal investigations into employee complaints
Facilitate the onboarding and off-boarding processes
Interpret Exit Survey data and escalate feedback.
Employee Experience:
Provide support for Employee Experience programs (i.e., engagement survey, skip level meetings, exit interviews, stay interviews, action planning, and leader accountability)
Use data and analytics to gain insight into employee feedback, provide personalized and relevant experiences, as well as development opportunities
Cultivate an inclusive and supportive working environment for all employees
Metrics & Reporting
Support, communicate, and track employee title, department, compensation changes and terminations with the payroll and benefits team
Provide reports and analysis on various employee data as required by location leadership on a weekly / monthly basis
Present monthly KPI results to executive team
Recruiting
Work closely with the hiring managers and recruiters to ensure positions are filled quickly and efficiently
Assist with planning and executing onsite job fairs as well as offsite job fairs
Create headcount reports to communicate to leadership where staffing gaps exist
Partners and communications with hiring managers to determine staffing needs, retention initiatives, and interviewing best practices
Ensure all required new hire paperwork (application, background checks, I-9, etc.) is completed for new hires.
Payroll
Provide basic Kronos support for employees
Administer Attendance Policy by tracking occurrences and generating reports
Provide program support to Talent Management in the following areas:
Annual Performance Review Process
Annual Merit Cycle
Strategic Talent Review
Internal Mobility
Other duties as assigned

Have a minimum of 5 years of progressive business experience.
This position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent experience.
Previous HR Generalist, Employee Relations and Compliance experience in manufacturing environment.

Serves as a Talent subject matter expert in partnership with our compliance team in relevant labor laws, legal rulings, and regulations with ability to consult and coach leaders on complex Talent issues
Conducts and documents internal investigations as well as formal employee complaints
Facilitate the off-boarding process for both voluntary and involuntary terminations
Analyze Exit Survey data in partnership with BusinessPartner to provide insights and feedback
Employee Experience:
Provide support for Employee Experience programs (i.e., engagement survey, skip level meetings, exit interviews, stay interviews, action planning, roundtable sessions, and leader accountability)
Use data and analytics to gain insight into employee feedback, provide personalized and relevant experiences, as well as development opportunities
Cultivate an inclusive and supportive working environment for all employees

Annual Performance Review Process
Annual Merit Cycle
Strategic Talent and Org Review

The TOOLS you'll bring with you:
Bachelor's degree in humanresources, business administration, or a related field
2-3+ years of experience in employee relations and/or HR support role
High attention to detail with proven ability to manage complex employee documentation, track action items, and ensure accuracy across HR processes
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Partner with HumanResourceBusinessPartner (HRBP) to execute core HR processes (e.g. performance management, talent management, total rewards, compensation, training and development, interactive process of transitional return to work, etc.).
+ Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and associates regarding HR in areas such as policy and procedure.
+ Collaborate with leaders and COEs to support recruitment and staffing plans.
+ Work with the HumanResourceBusinessPartner (HRBP) to drive an inclusive and diverse culture.
+ Develops, implements and administers programs to enhance associate engagement and satisfaction levels (e.g. Sysco Speaks action planning).
+ Employee and labor relations (investigations, conflict resolution).
+ Support in reviewing, interpreting, administering and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and company policies and procedures.
+ Ensuring the initial report is entered into RisxFacs for Worker' Compensation (WC) and Liability and acting as a liaison between Gallagher Bassett (GB) and associate.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Education**
+ Bachelor's degree with major or emphasis in HumanResources, Business Administration or a closely related field required for external candidates but preferred for internal candidates.
**Experience**
+ 5 years of experience in HumanResources management, 3 years of which have been in a supervisory position preferred and/or an equivalent combination of related training and experience.
**Certificates, Licenses and Registrations**
+ HumanResource Certification Institute (HRCI) Professional HumanResources (PHR) or Senior Professional HumanResources (SPHR) certification preferred.
+ Systems Applications and Products (e.g. SAP, Workday, etc.) experience preferred.
