He has worked as National Sales Manager at Capetronic Computer USA, Regional OEM Sale Manager at Capetronic Computer USA, and National OEM Sales Account Manager at Sony. Scott attended Saint Mary's College of California and SJSU.

Sean has oversight responsibility for all operations and technology programs within the company. Sean joined C³HealthcareRx when a company he co-founded, Paired Health, joined forces with C³ to strategically position both organizations for success. Prior to founding Paired Health and joining C³, Sean co-founded Alliance Medical Ministry, a non-profit clinic providing primary care to the working uninsured.
