The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced, skilled technical Business Analyst in support of the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) program. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional who can define business requirements, translate business requirements to functional, user, and system requirements, and develop supporting materials such as use cases, flowcharts, context diagrams, wireframes, interface system diagrams, and data flows. Responsibilities:
Serve as the Business Analyst on the VDI team and for other EITaaS teams, for the Dept. of the Air Force. The EITaaS VDI team is responsible for designing, developing, deploying, maintaining, and expanding an Enterprise VDI solution to support the requirements of the internal EITaaS team and the Major Commands of the Dept. of the Air Force.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both business processes and software development lifecycles. You will work with your manager and colleagues to understand requirements, priorities, and objectives to ensure work supports the larger capabilities and direction of the overall solution. You will be responsible for eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements, translating them into clear technical specifications, and collaborating with development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Specific responsibilities include:
Assist in project planning and scoping by providing accurate estimates of effort and identifying potential risks.
Track progress against requirements and identify potential roadblocks.

Support the project team to ensure implementation meets specifications/requirements and customer expectations

Submit artifacts to the EITaaS review process. Be prepared to address any comments or requested edits. Ensure artifacts are successfully moved through the document workflow process and published.
Facilitate requirement gathering sessions by working with the customer/stakeholders to define and document customer requirements/user stories that will be developed by the development team
Serve as primary contact with the Subject Matter Experts
Work with QA testers and developers to perform system testing to ensure application functionality works correctly. Testing may include both manual and automated testing efforts to include both regression and targeted testing of new software capabilities.
Responsible for supporting the client through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and any support for defect management during UAT process
Qualifications:
Required:
10+ Years of relevant experience (bachelor's degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience).
Ability to obtain/maintain secret clearance.
Proven experience in eliciting and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and technical specifications.
Experience working with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Experience with database concepts, data modeling, and SQL.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
