The Apprentice Bartender will be responsible for assisting the bartenders in a variety of tasks, such as preparing and serving beverages, maintaining inventory, and adhering to safety and health policies. Principle Responsibilities and Duties: Assists the Bartenders to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all bars. Must be able to accurately enter food and beverage orders into the MICROS system and follow departmental cash handling procedures with guest comps and credit cards. Work safely, with sanitation, efficiency, and with Guest's loyalty. Adheres to the proper par stock levels at all bars and coolers when executing the liquor order. Must also be able to order bottle for bottle from the warehouse and verify orders that are received from the warehouse daily. Properly store all glassware, condiments, beer, liquor, and paper products, fruits and garnishes, and any other necessary items to operate an efficient operation.
