Under the supervision and direction of the Manager, and guidance from the designated employee, the Support Services Assistant-Interpreter (SSA-I) provides reasonable accommodation associated with work-related activities to support persons who are Deaf/Hard of Hearing (D/HH) with performing necessary job assignments.
