Ian Welch is the COO of Callsign. He has 15 years of managing marketing and operations for major online companies, such as ladbrokes.com.

Yogesh Patel is Callsign's CTO. He has held thought leadership roles in organisations such as Lloyds Banking Group, HSBC Plc and NICE Actimize.

Amir joined Callsign as Chief Commercial Officer from OakNorth. Before joining OakNorth he held positions at Barclays, Accenture and Cisco Systems.

Patrick Imbach is Callsign's CFO. He has 14 years of audit and financial reporting experience at KPMG and founder of KPMG’s startup advisory practice in the UK.

Sarah Whipp is Callsign's CMO & Head of GTM Strategy. She has 30 years of general business and global marketing leadership for companies such as Fujitsu, McAfee, Symantec, and Standard and Poors.

Chris Hutton is an experienced Chief Solutions Engineer helping tier 1 and 2 financial institutions solve complex authentication and risk problems, striking the balance between usability and security. He joined Callsign as employee number 3, playing a key role in helping the organisation grow into the global company it is today, and regularly represents Callsign and himself at events and conferences globally.Alongside supporting sales teams, including expanding pre-sales teams in USA, APJ and EMEA, he has developed low latency scalable platforms for greenfield and brownfield projects and has experience in building cross-functional engineering teams. Outside of work, he mentors software engineers and teaches budding programmers in the local charter of Code Club.He holds a BSc in Computer Science from Sheffield University, UK
