My company, CallSource, uses patented technology to automatically identify the source of marketing responsible for each call to a subscribing business. We analyze the calls, filtering prospective buyers from other callers (such as vendors or job seekers). This allows companies to spend their marketing dollars on campaigns and media that generate the most, qualified leads. We evaluate the performance of each call-handler, identifying skill gaps, assigning and providing targeted training to address them. When our analysts observe a missed opportunity to convert a lead to an appointment or sale, we notify management in time to return the call and save the deal. We also track cross-domain Web traffic with accurate lead attribution, without the use of cookies.
