QA Analyst (hybrid - 3 days per week in office) Baltimore, MD GC Holders and US Citizens per client contract Duties and Responsibilities: As a QA Analyst, you will lead process, procedures and audits to ensure the Quality Assurance Plan results meet required standards. In accordance with the Quality Assurance Plan, you will participate in: design, code and test reviews; witness testing; provide audit assessments through the generation of audit reports including nonconformance reporting and tracking. You will recommend and support the implementation of corrective actions; review software technical documentation and support the overall safety and security for all systems.
Additional Duties Include:
- Evaluate Quality Assurance Plan to ensure activities align with QA best practice standards.
- Collect, analyze and summarize quality control/QA trends and data, preparing and presenting reports on those findings.
- Executes Quality Assurance activities (document reviews, meeting attendance, test reviews, etc.) according to Quality Assurance Plans and in collaboration with the Mission Project Managers.
- Conducts audits, assessments and evaluations through independent analysis to verify compliance to established standards.
- Identifies and raises project risks.
- Document and track findings and observations to close; escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate management levels.
- Independently identifies gaps in processes, issues in development and test, or other areas of concern. Builds and implements plans to investigate and further analyze identified areas.
- Identify, prioritize, communicate and resolve issues.
- Reviews software documentation as assigned by mission office(s) and team leads.
- Interfaces with development, integration and test, and operations teams and contractors to support the effective operation of a mission wide quality assurance process.
- Provide input and guidance to a small QA team.
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- 5+ years quality assurance experience in a software environment.
- Planning, preparing, conducting, reporting and following up on audits or assessments.
- Experience executing quality assurance best practices and methods as it relates to system and/or software development.
- Background in software and system development.
- Analytic, problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Communicates effectively both orally and in writing.
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Quality Assurance certification(s) (e.g. CSQE, CQA).
- Knowledge of NASA's safety and mission assurance practices.
- Strongly Preferred: Familiarity with software development in the aerospace industry.

Urban Alliance is seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team in the Baltimore region to support our Out-of-School (OST) time internship programs. The Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the organization provides leadership development training, career readiness workshops and high-quality internships for program participants. They assist in the design of, and are responsible for facilitating weekly leadership training, pre-internship skill-building, and coordinating paid internships with Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses alumni.
The Program Coordinator is the primary point of contact for mentors and schools, guiding participants as they strengthen leadership skills and gain real career experience. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The salary for this position is between $51,000 and $58,000 depending on experience. As part of the Lab Services Centralized Process Design Team, this role will lead the analysis, design, development, and enhancement of business processes to support the implementation of a new Blood Management System. Education

STATEMENT: The Access to Counsel in Evictions (ACE) Specialist skillfully and compassionately connects Spanish and English-speaking Marylanders facing eviction with legal help as a central part of the Access to Council in Eviction Coordinated Intake System (ACE-CIS). ACE-CIS conducts legal intake interviews and refers those to partnering legal services organizations (LSO's). As part of their work on ACE-CIS, ACE Specialists also offer tenants non-legal forms of support such as information for health and human service needs and other community resources. They also provide training, outreach, and public education focusing on the eviction process, community resources and the services provided by 211 Maryland United Way Helpline.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide skilled information and referral services in response to requests for legal counsel in eviction matters, primarily by phone. Interview callers and assess service needs using the principles of active listening. Use the computer to conduct a detailed intake and identify appropriate cases to refer to a participating LSO. Determine if callers meet eligibility requirements and availability of services. Assist callers with problem solving. Recognize and respond appropriately to people in crisis. Maintain accurate records of each contact with caller.
Regularly undertake training on and maintain up-to-date knowledge of landlord-tenant law. Provide education and training on the information and referral process, community resources, community needs and human service issues to United Way staff , community groups, agencies, and other organizations. Make presentations on 211 Maryland United Way Helpline's a products and services at community and business events. Conduct 211 call listening sessions for key stakeholders.
Conduct follow-up on callers who were referred to an LSO by ACE-CIS per 211 MD United Way Helpline's policy. Engage in special campaigns that are relevant and consistently changing in the way that we work.

**The Role**
Lumen is seeking a strategic and technically proficient Manager of Cyber Defense Engineering to lead a team of security engineers focused on protecting our enterprise applications, cloud environments, and identity infrastructure. This role will drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of security controls across Application Security, IAM, and Cloud Security, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

**The Main Responsibilities**
Leadership & Strategy
+ Lead and mentor a team of cyber defense engineers across multiple security domains.
+ Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for application, IAM, and cloud security initiatives.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, IT, and Compliance to embed security into enterprise architecture.
Application Security
+ Oversee deployment and tuning of Web Application Firewalls (WAF) and Email Security Gateways.
+ Promote secure coding practices through developer training, code reviews, and integration of security tools in CI/CD pipelines
+ Manage vulnerability scanning and remediation processes for web and mobile applications.
Identity & Access Management (IAM)
+ Lead implementation and optimization of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
+ Ensure robust identity governance and lifecycle management across hybrid environments.
+ Collaborate with IAM architects to enforce least privilege and role-based access controls.
Cloud Security

Operations & Metrics

**What We Look For in a Candidate**
