Interact professionally with employees, customers and students while not becoming distracted when on duty. Must be able to keep and maintain current lifeguard and CPR certifications that are recognized by the Department of Health, by county, for swimmers of all ages. Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and/or holidays. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Possess a strong swimming background.
