The role:The Director of Engineering will lead the day-to-day execution of BLP's engineering initiatives-helping build, scale, and modernize the technology platform that powers our operations. This platform is central to clinical workflows, patient experience, reporting, and compliance. You'll manage and mentor engineers, ensure operational excellence, drive delivery on our product roadmap, and strengthen the technical foundation of our systems. This role is ideal for a strong engineering leader who is hands-on, enjoys building and scaling systems, and thrives in a mission-driven, fast-moving environment. Our team is agile, mission-driven, and focused on leveraging technology to deliver high-quality care at scale. We build tools that allow providers to serve members with dignity, precision, and compassion. You will work closely with product, data, security, and clinical teams to ensure that our technology supports the safe, secure, and scalable delivery of care.
Unless otherwise specified, this position is remote (work from home) with expectation of attending team meetings quarterly. Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, or Connecticut.What you will do:
Lead and manage the engineering team responsible for developing and maintaining BLP's core technology platform (built on the Microsoft stack)
Translate product strategy into execution, partnering closely with Product Management to break roadmap goals into delivery plans and sprints
Drive technical excellence through structured development practices, code review, CI/CD improvements, and system modernization efforts
Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers to build a high-performing, mission-driven team
Own platform reliability and incident response, working to minimize downtime and production disruptions
Collaborate with the VP Product and Technology to shape technical strategy, architecture, and priorities
Ensure regulatory compliance and security of software systems in a healthcare setting (including HIPAA and other applicable regulations)
Partner with IT to ensure a secure, scalable, and reliable environment for remote and hybrid teams
Serve as an excellent mentor to a small team of engineers
Participate hands-on in key technical decisions, design reviews, and where appropriate, code contributions
You are a good fit if you have:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Have 8+ years of software engineering experience with the modern Microsoft stack (ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, Azure)
Have 4+ years leading engineering teams as a Manager or Director in fast-paced, production startup environments
Have experience working in health tech or other regulated industries
Have experience evaluating, integrating and managing SaaS vendor platforms
Bring strong knowledge of compliance, security, and privacy standards in healthcare technology
Are comfortable working at both strategic and tactical levels-leading people, engaging with in-house stakeholders while staying close to the code and delivery
Enjoy building collaborative relationships across engineering, product, operations, and clinical teams
Thrive in a mission-driven, fast-paced environment with high ambiguity and rapid change
It will also be great if you have:
Prior experience writing C# web applications and working with SQL and Entity Framework
Experience with applying AI and automation in regulated industries
Familiarity with front-end frameworks (JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap)
Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience with EHR/EMR systems, prescriptions or healthcare claims processing (Revenue Cycle Management)
Prior leadership of IT/infra teams in a hybrid environment

We're looking for a highly skilled hospital facilities leader to oversee critical infrastructure operations at Yakima Memorial Hospital. Position Summary
The Manager of Engineering Services is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all activities of the Construction/Trades division, Operating Engineers, HVAC Technicians, Maintenance Mechanics, and Engineering Technicians to ensure the assigned facilities are furnished with uninterrupted utility services, general maintenance of buildings (interior and exterior), preventive maintenance of buildings, equipment, and mechanical and electrical systems. The Manager provides direct and indirect supervision of staff in assigned area; collaborates with the Manager, Systems Sustainability and Safety and individual Subject Matter Experts to develop short- and long-term plans and to ensure the assigned areas meet all Joint Commission and other regulatory requirements.
Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. A combination of education and experience that is considered equivalent by HP is acceptable
Five (5) years facilities experience in a healthcare setting
Experience in all trades
Professional Engineering license in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred
Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
Consideration may be provided to internal candidates not meeting the education requirement

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $90,492.00 - $130,217.00 USD. Summary
The Supervisor, Clinical Engineering leads clinical engineering initiatives to provide superior customer service and operational efficiency by managing the execution of the TRIMEDX Medical Equipment Management Plan (MEMP). This position assists the Clinical Engineering Manager with all aspects of program management, including work history data analysis, staffing allocation, budget control, equipment acquisition planning and outside vendor management. The Supervisor manages operations on a day-to-day basis, collaborates and maintains positive relationships with customers, works to develop colleagues, and provides a communication channel between hospital executives and TRIMEDX. The Clinical Engineering Supervisor also directs Joint Commission inspections and ensures that TRIMEDX services are in compliance with regulatory standards. Required Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:

* Experience with modern AI tools, frameworks, and methodologies

* Experience with state-of-the-art algorithms and topologies including, but not limited to: GNNs, GANs, Transformers, deep and wide, SSMs, LLMs among others
* Comprehensive knowledge of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and AI principles
* In-depth knowledge in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLM) and Agentic technology
* Solid and current programming skills in Python or other relevant programming languages

* Experience in AI/ML in the healthcare and or Fintech sector
* Experience in establishing AI/ML best practices, standards, and ethics
