Harmon is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Artemis Real Estate Partners, LLC, a real estate investment firm that manages approximately $2.0 Billion of institutional capital across the core plus, value add and opportunistic risk spectrum in a variety of real estate strategies. With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, she is responsible for establishing, implementing and overseeing the company’s strategic direction. Prior to co-founding Artemis, she spent 17 years with the J.E. Robert Companies, Inc. (''JER''), a real estate investment firm where she was last President and Chief Investment Officer. Before joining JER, Ms. Harmon was a Managing Director at Bankers Trust Company in New York City where she worked in both the corporate finance and real estate groups handling a $2.0 billion portfolio of real estate developers and national corporations. Ms. Harmon currently serves on the board of Pension Real Estate Association (PREA), as trustee of Urban Land Institute (ULI), the Board of Forest City Enterprises, Inc., the Advisory Board of Caravel Management, the Advisory Board of the BlackIvy Group, the Investment Committee of Sidwell Friends School, and the Executive Committee of the Zell/Lurie Real Estate Center at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She also serves on the Board and Executive Committee for Women for Women International and since 2009 as Commissioner for the White House Fellows program appointed by President Obama. Ms. Harmon is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and the Economic Club of Washington, D.C. Ms. Harmon earned a B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Tod is Chief Executive Officer of Cresa, an international Occupier Representation firm focused on real estate occupancy strategies for corporates and institutions. He is also the Founder, Chair and Partner of The Chicago Impact Development Co. which focuses on improving and creating successful communities and promoting resilient and successful neighborhoods in American cities. Tod is a Board Member of FlagShip Facility Services, a leading US based Facility services company and Manufacturing Renaissance, a non profit workforce development group. Tod is also an independent investor and advisor to a number of growth companies including the nano-tech company Ultra Small Fibers, the facility tech company EquipID and the coworking incubator Launch Pad. Tod has over 35 years experience in the commercial real estate field helping to create two of the top 3 global commercial real estate firms; JLL and Cushman & Wakefield. From 2013 - 2017 Tod was instrumental in carving out the international real estate services company DTZ from their Australian parent company and selling the company to a private equity ownership consortium. As CEO of DTZ Tod led growth and M&A acquiring Cassidy Turley in the United States and the international real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield. After acquisition and integration of 20 companies deploying capital in excess of $4.1B. C&W went public in 2018 and has an enterprise value of over $8BAt JLL Tod ran several divisions including Corporate Solutions, Commercial Solutions, Healthcare, Energy and Sustainability Services, Corporate Property Services, European Facility Management and Project and Development Services during his 23 year tenure at the firm. Tod has a degree in Architecture from the University of Wisconsin. He lives in Evanston, Illinois and enjoys skiing, tennis, flying and skydiving
