The company isn't for everyone, I'll concede that point. However, they make no claim to be for everyone. The mission, vision, and values are real, so if you're just counting time you may find it a difficult place to work. There was a data breach some time back but it was not what the press said it was. I was shocked when I learned the truth. Mistakes were made but the effort appplied to identify the scope/scale and then correct it was surprising. If you want to work for a company that won't ask you to compromise your values then it's CaptureRx. If you want a company that will challenge you then it's CaptureRx. The pay and benefits are great! The employees/people are great too! The senior team has been depleted but the owners have allowed current employees to step up rather than just hire a bunch of new outsiders.
The company and founder/ceo have taken hits inside and outside the company. This has caused some uncertainty. The last three years there was a lost of turnover but the last six months it's stopped; two dozen of the employees that left last year are trying to return. The company operates in one industry and it's mature, so that causes some concern.
Right now my favorite perk/benefit is the hybrid work model; monday, tuesday, and friday in office and wednesday, thursday remote.
