Ensures that marketing strategies are effectively executed at the channel level Gather VOC on market conditions, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Communicate cross-functionally for strategy refinement Advance, maintain, and implement training, support programs, and sales tools for the selling organization and channel. Market Intelligence and Insights, including competitive analysis Providing channel insights into competitive products and market trends to better position distribution and address customer needs more effectively. Sharing customer feedback and insights with channel partners enables them to tailor their approaches and improve customer experience across USMPD Sales Enablement Partner with content marketing to develop sales training materials and tools that equip the sales team with the knowledge to sell the product effectively Continued collaboration with the sales and solutions team to gather insights to refine messaging and product. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred; an MBA is preferred 8-10 years of experience in Distribution, Supply Chain, and/or Healthcare Marketing preferred Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, independent, driven individual to meet objectives Strong analytical skills allowing for quick assessment of situations, trade-offs, and ability to recommend appropriate course of action Ability to multitask and prioritize while managing multiple projects and day-to-day responsibilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort presenting to internal and external audiences Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time, including some nights and weekends.
