+ Monitor and escalate customer reviews across digital platforms.

**_Qualifications_**
+ Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.

The Growth Product Manager, Clinical Chemistry is responsible for Clinical Chemistry Assay and Reagent Solutions within the Clinical Chemistry & Immunoassay Business Unit.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Product Management responsible for the Clinical Chemistry Reagent and Assay business and is part of the Clinical Chemistry & Immunoassay Business unit. Located in Chaska and will be an on-site role. However, qualified candidates not located near Chaska will be considered and the role may be filled as a remote role. Serve as a member within the Operational Leadership Team, translating insights into actionable strategies that shape portfolio direction and inform for roadmap decisions.

The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor's degree in science, business or related field, with 9+ years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience OR Doctoral degree with 4+ years relevant experience.
Experienced in the life sciences and clinical laboratory industry developing and executing on portfolio management initiatives to ensure business continuity and operational excellence in the IVD market
Experienced in complex analytics of portfolio financial performance and market analytics to deeply understand customer needs, challenges and translate these together to actionable results with a cross-functional team.
Led and supported projects with risks and complexity, collaborating with cross-functional teams of R&D, regulatory, clinical, quality, finance, program management and operations.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Strongly preferred: Bachelor's degree in science or related field, and a Master's in Business Administration with 7+ years of relevant experiences
