Perform and operate devices such as CO Laser and Morpheus8, as well as chemical peels and other non-surgical cosmetic procedures. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including before-and-after photographs. Provide comprehensive pre- and post-procedure education and ensure patient comfort and satisfaction throughout the process. Maintain treatment room safety and sterility at all times. Stay current with industry trends, products, and best practices in aesthetics. Support the business through cross-selling and upselling of complementary services. Develop and monitor year-long treatment plans for clients and ensure timely follow-ups. Qualifications Active RN, NP, or PA license in the state of Virginia. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience Minimum of 6 months of hands-on aesthetics experience (cosmetic injectables and/or energy-based devices and other aesthetic treatments) Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to foster lasting patient relationships. Responsibilities Assists members with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility Engages members in meaningful conversation, socialization, and activity while providing personal care assistance Responds to all members needs and/or requests for care promptly, and provides or obtains assistance with care as necessary Observes members for changes in physical, emotional, mental, or behavioral condition, unusual symptoms, accidents, injuries, or unusual occurrences, and reports promptly to a licensed nurse Completes all forms and documentation such as incident reports, change of condition reports, and behavior tracking, as requested, and in a timely manner Prepares and serves meals, assists with eating, not including tube feeding Assist with self-administration of medications Make and change bed linens Clean immediate living areas including bathroom and bedroom and remove trash Qualifications Education and Experience: •CPR Certificate (preferred) • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous experience working with the elderly in a residential or long-term care setting also preferred
