Principal Accountabilities:
Provide Operation support in and around the shaft elevator, feeders, conveyors, shaft walkways, openings and screens to ensure the buildup and overflow of salt product is continually removed and the area kept clean of buildup and remains operations
Servicing, inspecting and operating various mobile support equipment including various forklifts, trucks, tractors, and bobcats as well as support the production panels in any way needed
Performing routine tasks to ensure functional operation and reliability of assets
Understanding and adhering to all safety policies and procedures

The Role
Client Team SupportAssociates are a critical member of the client engagement team. Job Summary: This position is responsible for a full range of activities ensuring overall excellence in parts, service, and warranty support for dealers and end users. This position will work closely with the Business Development Manager and accounting to coordinate and administer the sales activities, inventories, payables, receivables, and other reporting requirements to accurately and effectively track and analyze our business, and will engage with customers, dealers, factories and other team members in the development and growth of the business and overall customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide dealers with service and parts support, application support, and corresponding order administration.
Administer an effective product warranty program for dealers including authorization and reimbursement of warranty repairs and work with factory representatives to obtain authorization and reimbursement of warranty dollars to the distributor.
Work with vendors to obtain product and/or service information such as price, availability and delivery schedule; and provide information to internal accounting departments to accurately and timely produce appropriate financial records, transactions, and analysis.
Maintain accurate company records and transactional activity including all sold and installed unit master file.
Capture and retain all PDI documentation.
Maintain internal systems and files to reflect current pricing and other relevant information.
Perform and coordinate all shipping and receiving, including container loading and unloading, packaging, manifesting, and import/export coordination and contracting.
Maintain all inventory for sale readiness, including battery charging, tracking ROA, and inventory turns.
Manage Mariotti factory container ordering to ensure appropriate product flow, inventory, and order fulfillment, while aligning battery and accessory ordering.
Prepare new units for delivery to the dealer or end-user, including any required modification.
Maintain standard operating procedures (manual and automated), including procedures for sales, parts, warranties, etc.
Assist in research and development of existing and prospective product lines.
Assist with ROI tools highlighting benefits of our product lines in specific applications and against competitive technologies.
Assist in the development, implementation, and support of short-term and long-term business and operational plans, including establishing operational measurement and forecasting projections.
Assist in the administration of divisional and dealer performance measurement systems, dealer agreements and ensuring dealer compliance.
Assist in tracking and managing annual marketing plans, including market penetration, evaluation, and exposure while overseeing a Dealer co-op program, distributing dealer marketing materials, and generating customer presentation materials.
Occasional travel to assist with dealer training, sales calls, relationship development, and dealer recruiting.
Adhere to Company Policies and Work Rules.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements:

Position Overview
We are seeking a Remote Technical Support Specialist to provide support for Cable One internet and telephone customers. This role focuses on troubleshooting technical issues while delivering a professional and positive customer experience from a home office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls for internet and phone technical support
Troubleshoot:
Modems and routers
Wireless connectivity
Email setup and configuration
Diagnose phone service issues and guide customers through resolutions
Follow established procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
Document all customer interactions and create service tickets
Use remote desktop tools to assist customers
Stay current on product updates and technical changes
Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to leadership
Maintain and care for company-issued equipment
Perform additional duties as assigned
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required
3-6 months of related experience or training preferred
Prior technical support experience is a plus
Skills & Abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
Basic math skills (percentages, ratios)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Intermediate computer skills:
Microsoft Office
Windows and mac OS
Comfortable working with tablets, smartphones, laptops, and desktops
Professional, patient, and customer-focused demeanor
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

LMI is seeking a GRC IT Modernization Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the development and execution of a compliance program at a national agency. Responsibilities
Evaluate current technology landscape through the mapping of regulations, policies, and governance structures to ensure tools support required workflows, reporting, and oversight
Review risk management, compliance lifecycle, and incident/issue management for gaps and automation potential
Inventory applications, data flows, architectures, and integration capacity with GRC and enterprise systems
Review security, privacy, and resilience controls
Identify redundant platforms, integration opportunities, licensing/maintenance costs, and future scalability
Recommend and/or design technology solutions, such as ServiceNow GRC, AI tools, and workflow automation
Create monitoring dashboards and real-time compliance tracking systems
Develop technology acceleration recommendations and implementation roadmaps
Evaluate usability, change readiness, analytics needs, budget, and resource capacity for sustainable implementation
Define analytics use cases and acceptance criteria
Support data collection, analysis, and reporting technology requirements
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
7+ years federal IT modernization experience focused on implementing and managing compliance and governance technologies
Proven experience in requirements gathering, solution architecture, integration, and stakeholder management
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow GRC or RSA Archer in federal environments.
Federal IT governance familiarity (FITARA, FISMA, ATO processes)
Must be able to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance (includes fingerprinting, background check, and drug screening).
At least one of the below certifications:
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA),
Certified Information Security Manager (CISM),
Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), or
A vendor-specific certification such as RSA Archer Certified Administrator or ServiceNow GRC Implementation Specialist
Desired Skills
Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
GRC Solution expertise
Familiarity of law enforcement technology requirements and security protocols
Agile, Scrum, and/or Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred

Work hours required are approximately 10am-6pm, Monday thru Friday. The ideal candidate will serve in a full-time client facing role as a Publishing and Scheduling Officer for an Intelligence Community (IC) serving as the last line of review in publication of critical finished intelligence for policymakers and senior leadership. With minimal staff oversight, officers will work as a team to be responsible for proof-reading and copy-editing content; coordinating with analysts, graphic designers, cartographers, and fellow content managers; and supporting the enforcement and clarification of tradecraft standards.
Responsibilities
Proofreading current intelligence articles, graphics, and interactive visuals
Ensure appropriate classification and control markings of all documents
Making last-minute decisions regarding changes in publication with minimal staff oversight
Posting items to the website and readying them for publication
Provide excellent customer service to support contributing authors, managers, editors, production officers, graphic designers, & cartographers
Maintain management process for quality control and feedback regarding published materials
Adhere to office policies and procedures on issues such as formatting, graphics, and compliance with legal guidance
Ensure content incorporates recent innovations in presentation and format
Support the development team in identifying bugs or pain points in publishing finished products
Qualifications
Required:
TS/SCI with polygraph is required.
Bachelor's Degree in English, Writing, Communications or similarly related discipline, or a degree relevant to national security.
10+ years of experience as an Intelligence Analyst and/or IC Editor. Subject Matter Expertise in IC and DA tradecraft standards.
12+ years of professional editorial experience can be substituted for a college degree.
Excellent working skills/knowledge providing editing support.
Excellent working interpersonal and communication skills.
