Perform rough framing tasks on properties affected by water, fire, mold, and more
Execute cabinet installations with precision and expertise
Skillfully handle finish carpentry work, including meticulous finish trim
Carry out minor electrical repairs as needed
Conduct minor plumbing repairs to ensure property functionality
Expertly install siding, windows, and doors on various properties
Master the art of interior door installations for a polished finish
Proficiently handle drywall installations and finishing touches
Capable of performing painting tasks, though it is preferred, but not mandatory
Efficiently manage window and door board-ups when required
Secure properties with roof tarps as part of restoration efforts

Summary

Completing Maintenance & Repairs - You'll be completing small to medium maintenance and repairs for home and commercial projects. The project length can range from two hours to two weeks or more.
