Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and test Adaptive Planning - Workforce Planning solutions in Workday
Align solutions with workforce planning strategies and organizational goals
Translate business needs into technical requirements and functional configuration
Act as a subject matter expert for planning processes: Headcount & Cost, Resource & Capacity, Strategic Workforce, and Talent Planning
Analyze and enhance Strategic Workforce Planning solution using Workday
Collaborate with HR COEs, Digital/IT, and vendors to ensure solutions meet broader HR and business needs

Lead testing efforts to ensure seamless integration with existing systems

Basic Qualifications

YOUR DAY TO DAY
Manage hiring inquires as the initial point of contact, proactively manage the hiring inbox, providing timely support and escalating complex issues to the appropriate HR partners
Serve as primary point of contact for new hire onboarding to help facilitate an exceptional and efficient onboarding experience from offer acceptance through a new hire's first day. This includes preparation of offer letters, management of administrative onboarding tasks and facilitation of New Hire Orientation.
Initiate ‘request to post' process by creating job postings in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and collaborating with hiring teams to align on next steps.
Manage ‘request to hire' process by reviewing hiring memos to ensure processes adhere to organizational guidelines, grant preliminary hiring approval; identify and escalate issues when appropriate.
Assists in review and verification of essential recruitment and onboarding documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Assists with the maintenance of the ATS and other electronic recruitment files to ensure data integrity

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Human Resources Intern to join our team. This position provides hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, learning and development, employee engagement, and HR operations. In this role, you will gain exposure to the full employee lifecycle and contribute to meaningful HR projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including employee records, onboarding, and offboarding within the Paylocity system
Help maintain and organize confidential employee files and HR documentation
Respond to internal HR-related inquiries and direct them to appropriate team members
Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
Shadow candidate phone screens to observe interview techniques and assist in assessing candidate fit
Participate in new hire orientation and assist facilitating sessions
Assist in the development and improvement of training materials, presentations, and e-learning content
Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives through budget tracking, coordination, and internal communication
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of a 3.0 GPA strongly preferred
Active involvement in campus, community, or other volunteer activities and/or organizations preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Interest in learning and contributing to a variety of HR functions
Prior internship or office experience a plus, but not required
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without requiring future sponsorship for employment visa status
