Primary responsibilities:
Coordinate cross-functional research to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions
Building of and analyzing demand forecasts from Sales
Develop production plan, budget and timelines according to production specifications
Schedule and run monthly SI&OP meetings to review forecast and plan with sales, planning and purchasing teams
Design and oversee execution of operations planning process to enable efficient delivery of products on time to meet customer demand and support strategic goals.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Six or more years of experience working with enterprise database technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms.
At least two years of experience leading teams and providing direct oversight in a medium to large organization.
Three or more years of hands-on experience with modern Azure-based data platforms and services, including data orchestration, analytics, and processing tools (preferred).
Experience with scripting and query languages such as SQL, Python, or Scala.
Strong hands-on background designing and building solutions across multiple data technologies and architectural patterns.
Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools.
Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.

1. Strategic Discovery & Problem Framing
Convert ambiguous business problems into fully defined opportunities with customer, business, and regulatory context.
Develop “shovel-ready” Discovery Packets to support IT estimation, capital approvals, and prioritization.
Collaborate with Senior Product Manager to create ROI models when needed.
Translate scattered backlog items into structured strategic themes.
2. Research & Validation Leadership
Lead customer research including interviews, usability tests, validation sessions, and prototype concept testing.
Utilize call center data, QM analytics, and operational insights to validate root causes.
Identify regulatory and compliance constraints in partnership with Senior Product Manager
Create service blueprints, journey maps, business rule definitions, and low-fidelity prototypes.
3. Stakeholder Alignment & Scope Management
Work closely with Domain Product Managers to understand cross-channel impacts and early-stage constraints.
Support definition of MVP boundaries to ensure IT estimates align with validated scope.
Ensure discovery artifacts are consistent, complete, and transition smoothly into the estimation or execution phases.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a business, technical, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in Discovery, UX Research, Product Strategy, or Service Design.
Expertise in journey mapping, service blueprinting, and early-stage prototyping.
Strong analytical, synthesis, facilitation, and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to translate user needs and operational insights into measurable business value.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in large-scale, regulated enterprise environments.
Familiarity with customer research methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
Work Environment
Hybrid work model (onsite Tuesday and Wednesday).
Reporting location: 2031 Walnut Grove Avenue, Rosemead, CA.
Time reporting: Weekly timesheets, time in/time out format.

Job Responsibilities
Coordinates custodial and housekeeping operations
Maintains communication with and responds to the requests of department managers and directors, and other client partners
Tours and inspects the facility to ensure total quality management requirements in custodial and housekeeping operations
Reviews job orders and specifications to understand the material and labor required to complete the project and coordinates the activities of custodial employees to efficiently utilize staff, materials and equipment
Maintains compliance with Aramark?s and client?s standards of operation, Aramark?s Business Conduct Policy, and all federal, state and local regulations. Maintains all records and reports as required by regulations and codes
Understands departmental expenses such as supply need and labor costs to maintain budget conditions

Qualifications
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in custodial operations
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Must read, write and understand the native language, communicate (both verbal and written) effectively, and apply discretion and comprehensive understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
Requires knowledge of machinery related to custodial operations
Requires listening, interpersonal, computer and leadership skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistics and apply elementary math functions
Ability to work well under time constraints
Must maintain friendly, efficient, positive customer service demeanor toward customers, clients and co-workers
Is adaptable to customer needs
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
