Responsible to Director of Radiology. * The Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the nursing care of patients undergoing diagnostic and invasive procedures in radiology and other ancillary areas of the hospital. QUALIFICATIONS Professional * Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina. * Minimum 2 years critical care CCU or ED nursing experience. * Current ACLS certifications or obtained within 6 months of employment. * Current AHA BLS certification required * Pediatric experience preferred. * Competency trained in conscious sedation. Insertion of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters along with resource knowledge of Vascular Access. * QUALIFICATIONS * Professional * Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina. * Minimum 2 years critical care CCU, ED) nursing experience within the last 2 years. * Current ACLS and PALS certifications or obtained within 6 months of employment. * Current BLS Healthcare Provider credentials through an AHA program. * Pediatric experience preferred. * Competency trained in conscious sedation.
