The Ideal Candidate:
* The ideal candidate is a hands-on manufacturing engineer with 3+ years in regulated, high-mix aerospace production, who has proven success industrializing new products, improving OEE, and eliminating defects through data-driven problem solving and kaizen. The Senior Casting Technology Manufacturing Engineer provides technical leadership for SX or equiax investment castings across the value stream. + Improve manufacturability through design-for-casting, specification clarity, and process capability improvements.
+ Clearly communicate progress, risks, challenges, and countermeasures to leadership and stakeholders.
+ Review and approve significant/special processes; ensure adherence to standards and qualification requirements.
+ Collaborate with Quality and Design Engineering to ensure new and changed processes meet established metrics; align with other commodities on strategy and objectives
+ Partner with suppliers and internal teams to interpret drawings/specifications, ensuring conformance and clarity.
+ Identify and onboard new suppliers; lead technical qualifications and readiness through Manufacturing and Quality Planning reviews and support supplier Castings Audits.
+ Ability to travel to supplier sites 30%-50%
**Minimum Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Materials/Metallurgy, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field)
+ Minimum of 5 years of materials engineering, castings, mechanical engineering or a related field

The Senior Engines Modernization Functional Expert - Components - ERP/MES will be a strong contributor on the Engines Modernization - Component Shops team as a Functional Owner. The Senior Engines Modernization Functional Expert - Components - ERP/MES will be a strong contributor on the Engines Modernization - Component Shops team as a Functional Owner. They will collaborate across all stake-holding organizations to execute the Engines Modernization charter of process standardization for internal manufacturing sites through modernization and improvement of ERP and MES systems. This role will engage with our supply chain users and partner with DT to shift transactional inventory, ordering and manufacturing execution to a modern set of systems. Functional areas may include: supply chain planning, receiving, manufacturing execution and inventory management. Additionally, this role will focus on project management and lean transformation, development of standard work and logistics of scheduling resources and activities for system deployment.

+ Function as a subject matter expert in supply chain planning, receiving, manufacturing execution, and inventory management to identify improvement opportunities, define standard processes, execute testing and train and support users
+ Work through the project management and logistics associated with the deployment of new software. Ability to document, plan, and execute projects/programs through action and project plans
+ Collaborate with the functional team to drive standard work using FLIGHT DECK
+ Lead and contribute to the improvement of supply chain planning, manufacturing, and procurement processes
+ Lead, engage with and advocate for the supply chain user base
+ Use process improvement methodologies, expertise, and judgement to creatively address complicated and/or interdependent processes, develop execution plans and communicate benefits/risk
+ Collaborate will the DT organization to develop standard processes to support the manufacturing user community

**Minimum Required Qualifications** **:**
+ Bachelor's Degree accredited college or university AND a minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain/process improvement or digital system solution management.
+ _OR_ a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 7 years supply chain/process improvement or digital system solution management.
+ Must be able and willing to travel up to 25%.

The base pay range for this position is $116,000 - 155,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on **February 13th, 2026.**
