Position Summary: The Case Manager will guide youth participants to make sound social and cognitive decisions with mindfulness; as well as improve their progress and overall life outcomes. A Peer Mentor can earn between $19.12 - $22.64 per/hour Unique shifts that allow for up to 40 hours within three days Thursday - Saturday, or Saturday - Tuesday shifts available Live-in, day, evening, and weekend shifts available Paid training Both full-time and part-time positions are available What is Transitions?
