    **Job Summary and Responsibilities** Directs storeroom clerk, cooks & other Food and Nutrition Services (FNS) team members, and provides for the operational needs of these positions. Supervisor will collaborate in implementing and sustaining infection control practices with clerk/designee to create a safe, sanitary, and orderly storage facility. Maintains communication with patients, staff, and customers regarding the level of services they receive from FNS staff. This data is relayed to the management team and/or staff whenever necessary. Maintains adequate staffing for daily needs reflecting cost efficiency. Assists with recruiting, hiring and managing the performance of staff. Assigns staff and workload, respecting changing priorities in daily operations. Supervisor will actively collaborate in the process of menu development for patient, cafeteria, and catering services. **Job Requirements** Two (2) years of experience in foodservice Required or One (1) year of hospital nutrition experience Required and Associates Other Equivalent combination of education and experience Preferred **Where You'll Work** CHI Health St. Elizabeth, founded by the Sisters of St. Francis of Perpetual Adoration in 1889, is a full-service, 260-bed, nonprofit regional medical center in Lincoln, Neb.     **Job Summary and Responsibilities** The overall function and responsibility of this position is to ensure the coordination of the credentialing provided by the CHI Health Centralized Credentialing Office. This includes both internal credentialing for CHI Health Facilities as well credentialing services provided by the CHI Health Credentialing Verification Organization. This includes providing leadership and supervision of staff in the continuous and accurate credentialing of physicians and advanced practice clinicians assuring compliance with regulatory bodies (Joint Commission, NCQA, URAC, CMS, federal and state), as well as Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, policies and procedures, and delegated contracts. Discretion is required at all times in sensitive and confidential matters. + Has the authority to interview, hire, orient, terminate, promote, train and conduct performance evaluations. + Assigns day-to-day work activities; directs the functional and technical job performance of team members. + Allocate and direct staffing needs to meet patient, unit, and department needs, and collaborate with others to ensure overall staffing needs are met. + Manage performance including: Setting goals, clarifying job expectations, monitoring performance progress, providing feedback and recognition, developing skills and addressing performance issues related to our work and our Commitments using corrective action. + Serves as liaison between the credentialing office and internal and external customers. Assisting with forms, reports, audits, contracts, and any issues that may arise. + Assists the Manager - Medical Staff Services, and the Executive - Medical Staff Services, by researching, drafting, and developing recommended policies, guidelines, privilege listings and criteria, correspondence, such as the Medical Staff Development Plan, system wide documents, and other items as requested or directed. **Job Requirements** Required + Bachelors degree and minimum of 1 year experience in the discipline OR 3 years' experience in the discipline OR Masters degree Preferred + Prof Medical Services Manager or Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist **Where You'll Work** CommonSpirit Health was formed by the alignment of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health.
