**Job Summary and Responsibilities** As our Anesthesia Technician, you will provide critical support in the safe and efficient administration of anesthesia, assisting providers with equipment and supplies for diverse surgical and non-surgical cases. Every day, you will prepare and maintain anesthesia equipment, supplies, and medications before, during, and after cases. This includes performing complex procedures under direction (e.g., setting up and assisting with line placement, intubation, extubation), managing supply inventory, room turnover, and patient positioning/transport.
To be successful in this vital role, you will demonstrate a thorough understanding of anesthesia equipment and sterile techniques, possess meticulous attention to detail, and exhibit excellent communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
+ Will assist providers and medical/surgical support staff in activities such as patient assessment, treatment, anesthesia intervention, physiological monitoring, and direct patient care.
+ Will be timely and precise in preparation, set up, calibration, and troubleshooting of invasive monitoring lines will assist with difficult airway and/or emergency situations.
+ To assist and ensure sterile placement of invasive physiological monitoring and treatment catheter (i.e. arterial, pulmonary catheters, venous infusion ports, central venous pressures).
+ Responsible for responding to patient-specific needs including (not limited to): blood, medications, supply and equipment during the surgical procedure. Accordingly, will follow all guidelines as instructed by the licensed provider.
+ Performs patient identification procedures to ensure proper delivery of blood products and medications.
+ To operates surgical equipment under the direction of a licensed provider while ensuring operating/procedure rooms and pre/post rooms are adequately stocked with appropriate quantity of supplies and required.
+ Works closely with Supply logistics to maintain anesthesia product supply for the operating room and procedural areas throughout the facility.

+ High School GED and EMT experience, Paramedic experience or military Medic, upon hire and
+ CNA or PCT training program, upon hire or
+ Completion of fundamentals as a nursing student and 12 months of acute care (bedside) experience, upon hire
+ Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire

**Job Summary and Responsibilities** As an OB Technician, you will provide crucial support to the labor and delivery team, maintaining a safe, sterile environment for birthing mothers and newborns. Every day you'll assist with patient care, prep rooms, manage instruments, support deliveries, transport patients, and ensure efficient workflow, adhering to safety protocols.

+ Assists and supports surgical procedures by setting up tables, instruments and supplies required for cesarean sections, vaginal deliveries and circumcisions. + Maintains appropriate stock and equipment inventories in the department and patient rooms including maintenance of surgical instruments per protocol.
+ Responds to patient calls, anticipates patient needs, and assures patient safety and comfort through regular rounds, environmental maintenance and other appropriate safety measures.
+ Assumes responsibility for personal and professional growth through participation in unit meetings, inservice programs, continuing education, programs and fulfills yearly requirements as stated by policy. Assists in the orientation of new staff and participates in unit Quality Improvement activities.
+ Records vital signs and intake and output when requested into the patient record and/or computer. Reports any changes observed in the condition or behavior of patients to RN.
+ Performs nursing procedures which do not require the skill/knowledge or judgment of a licensed professional and which may be safely delegated in accordance with nursing policies and procedures, i.e.; patient baths, bed making, application of ice bags and ambulating patients.
