We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to support business development and client acquisition within our Energy Procurement Services team. This role combines proactive outreach, lead generation, and deal coordination to build and advance our sales pipeline. You will conduct cold calling and email campaigns, identify target clients, engage both internal CBRE contacts and external prospects, and manage deals from initial contact through handoff to senior sales professionals. The ideal candidate will independently drive lead generation activities while learning the fundamentals of energy procurement sales in a collaborative environment. The minimum salary for the position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $160,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
