POSITION SUMMARY The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for designing, implementing, and supervising individualized therapy programs for individuals receiving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. These programs aim to improve daily functioning, independence, and overall quality of life. The BCBA utilizes evidence-based ABA strategies-such as positive reinforcement, shaping, prompt fading, and task analysis-to create effective behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans tailored to each client. In addition to clinical responsibilities, the BCBA provides ongoing supervision of RBTs, ensuring high-quality service delivery, adherence to treatment plans, and professional growth. This role includes overseeing data collection systems, analyzing behavior data to monitor client progress, and making data-driven decisions in collaboration with families and care teams. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Able to lead cross functional teams in support of client's treatment plan Administer assessments (e.g., ABLS-RR, AFLS) and create goals based off the assessments. Assesses the individual's performance and implements treatment based on established goals, including but not limited to the FBA (i.e., Functional Behavior Assessment, Behavior Support Plans, Behavior Reduction Plans). Serves, communicates, and consults as a member of an interdisciplinary team. Provides training and education to staff, caregivers, and other stakeholders. Provides feedback and ongoing support to Registered Behavior Technicians Participates in ongoing treatment meetings, as well as staff meetings and professional development opportunities. Provide direct supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in accordance with BACB standards, including observation, performance feedback, competency assessments, and guidance to ensure effective and ethical implementation of behavior-analytic services. Responsible for promoting a positive Safety Culture is expected and necessary to make CHS a safe place in which to work. We design and conduct In-Home Usage Testing (IHUT) locally and nationally to provide actual user feedback in real-time to companies and market research firms to evaluate products to ensure proper product certification and greater market access. It is important to note that during your application process, reputable market research companies will determine your demographics and consumer profile to establish what products would be suitable for you to test. Market research companies that partner with us will use questionnaires to identify and target certain types of consumers, to ensure that the right participants are engaged and to achieve the representative sample needed. Participation in these product testing and consumer panels is always free, secure and private. In-Home Usage Testing is a quick, easy and fun way to make extra cash by telling big brands what you think about their upcoming products and services in the American market. POSITION SUMMARY: The Head Start/Early Head Start Home Based Family Advocate supports families with children between the ages of 0-5 years old by encouraging family engagement, child development, and overall family well-being through weekly home visits. During home visits, the home visitor provides learning experiences for the child and supports the parents to actively engage in the activities of the home visit to promote school readiness for every child in the program. The home visitor conducts screenings of the children, assists parents in goal setting and provides information and resources to ensure every child and family is successful in the program. QUALIFICATIONS: REQUIRED EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: • Associates degree • Excellent Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint skills. • Strong communication skills both written and verbal. • Must obtain Class E driver's license within 30 days of starting. • Must provide proof of personal valid vehicle insurance (all applicants). • TB Assessment and/or requirements • Background screening to include fingerprinting is required.
