What We're Looking For - Qualifications and Skills:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one year's experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience

What You'll Do - Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate, and accurately process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions and ancillary products.
Complete daily call campaigns to market services, build new business, and nurture customer relationships to further brand recognition and loyalty.
Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls, while maintaining a focus on customer service to prevent loss and charge off accounts.
Maintain customer information in the point of sale (POS) system with accuracy and integrity.
Provide support, coaching, and development to Customer Service Representatives, when applicable, to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.
Perform duties outside of the office, when applicable, including on site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing.
Work to meet Company-set performance standards by leveraging business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtaining referrals, and participating in and hosting in-store and community events.
Maintain office security protocols and conduct proper opening and closing procedures, including management of vault and cash drawer.
Help ensure a work environment that upholds compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Help conduct store audits, create reports, and compile financial data to further ensure compliance.
Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and cleanliness, addressing basic facility needs and scheduling maintenance services.
Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
Conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership.
Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends. A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40 hours per week.**

Qualifications:
Certificate, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or related field required.

Proficiency in legal research methods and resources, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret legal documents and analyze complex issues.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with attorneys, clients, and other parties.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced legal environment.
Knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and court rules.

Ryan Companies has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Engineer Intern in our Cedar Rapids office! This position is available as a summer internship running from May-August, or a Spring Co-op running from January-August, or a Fall Co-op running from May-December.
Some things you can expect to do:
Gain a working understanding of budgets, cost accounting, invoices, contracts, and change orders.
Develop a first-hand understanding of job-site coordination, scheduling, quality control and safety.
To be successful in this role:
You must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in construction engineering/management or closely related field and within 18 months of graduating.
Be able to work 40 hours a week for at least a three-month term.
You will really stand out if you:
Have a general knowledge of estimating techniques and cost control methods.
Have the ability to perform mathematical calculations.
Possess the ability to read and understand contracts, specifications and architectural and engineering drawings.
Communicate clearly orally and in writing.
