Carol has an interesting, story-filled history of working in organization management and community care. She is a visionary who is skilled in nonprofit organizations, analytical skills, grassroots organizing, government and policy making, relationship building and caring about people and projects. Carol has a passion for the work she has done in business development including the creation and implementation of the Department of Human Trafficking Services at CFPA where survivors receive high quality care. The agency’s team briefs and trains gov’t officials, all first responders, industry professionals, other nonprofits and the concerned public on indicators and action. She values the growing CFPA team and the daily heart-filled and professional work they do involving all forms interpersonal violence.

Carine Jocelyn is a non-profit executive and leader with more than 25 years of experience working in human services as an accomplished administrator, trainer, and program officer. She has an extensive background working with diverse populations, having served as an advisor, executive coach, and consultant to various health, education, youth, and social service agencies. Areas of expertise include non-profit management, program/budget development, training, fundraising and quality assurance.
