Job Details

Qualifications
Minimally qualified applicants:
* Must have and maintain a valid Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
* Must be willing and available to attend the required New Employee Orientation during the first 5 weeks of employment. Schedule is full time, Monday through Friday (daytime hours) during the first 2 weeks, followed by 3 weeks of on-the-job-training (OJT) consisting of all 3 shifts (approximately 1½ weeks of 1st shift, 1½ weeks of 2nd shift, and includes 1 or 2 NOC shifts).
* Must be willing and available to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed including staying for the next shift (up to 15.5 hours total in one shift) or working additional shifts as assigned to maintain facility staffing requirements.

* Experience with the developmental, behavioral and health needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
* Experience applying active treatment principals and following individualized plans of care for residents/patients.
