DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures the privacy and confidentiality of Personal Health Information (PHI) as required by HIPAA. Maintains a safe, clean and organized lab floor complying with procedures, rules and regulations. Makes sure the quality and control of all prescriptions filled in the pull station are accurate, uniform in appearance and follow state and federal law. Weighs, measures and mixes raw material ingredients, monitors agitation, heating and cooling temperatures, and other parameters to ensure finished batches of creams, gels, capsules and liquids meet specifications.
