Chart's Rotary Repair Technician position plays a key role in the manufacturing process of Chart's products. Chart's Medina, OH location is currently seeking candidates interested in a Rotary Repair Technician position. This position will be responsible for working within the overall Service Center team to accomplish the goals of the business in the areas of EHS, Quality, On-Time Delivery, Operating Costs, and Productivity improvements. **_What Will You Do?_** + Support the work of all other shop floor personnel while maintaining a safe work environment. + Performs necessary disassembly, diagnosis, inspection, and reassembly of a wide variety of fans and compressors. Inspection may include visual and/or instrument examination. Evaluates the condition of existing parts/components, for possible reuse or replacement. + Willingness to work with other team members in a learning and teaching environment. + Performs any tests such dimensional verification, leak tests, visual examinations. + As required, operates any equipment necessary to accomplish the repair and rebuild of all customer units. + Completes written records, such as check sheets, clearances, pressure tests, inspection reports, etc., as required. + Secures units and parts in preparation for shipment.
