Daily Permit to Work/AHA: Discuss with the entire crew the day's activities and hazards associated with each task.
Review & assign all daily individual field task assignments
Ensure equipment and tool inspections are conducted daily, to ensure equipment and tools are in good order, at all times.
Maintain accurate daily notes and field logs (in Site Docs).
Responsible for coordinating and scheduling required subcontractors for each project
Responsible for determining materials needed and timing of delivery to perform work
Responsible for performing daily reporting of labor, equipment, and material utilization, along with daily production (essential for tracking daily job costs).
Review the approved budget against actual job costs and production factors with the Project Manager.
Responsible for knowing the scope of work and identifying change order conditions
Perform H&S-re Iated activities.
All other duties as assigned by Management that are project/company related.
Qualifications:
Experience in supervising construction projects
Ability to set priorities and exercise flexibility where necessary
Ability to read and understand Plans, Specifications, schematics, and other construction documents
Ability to check grade and verify elevations using a laser
Understanding proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards
Must be capable of managing multiple tasks under time constraints
Must be flexible and willing to work overtime as needed, including weekends.

QUALIFICATIONS:
5-7 years of Project Superintendent experience in telecommunications inside plant (ISP) and outside plant (OSP) projects.
Experience including organization, management, administration, quality control and health and safety. Experience with scheduling personnel, equipment, and material resources, understanding of financial management and general accounting requirements.
Ability to work extended work schedules as required supporting the project execution plans and schedules.
Professional demeanor in person, online, and via phone with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
S. citizenship or U.S permanent resident status required.
A valid drivers' license issued by state of residence and in good standing. Must not have any reckless driving or DUI within the past ten years.

About You
General Management: 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in the enterprise software industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a general management or P&L-owning role.
Product Expertise: Deep expertise in enterprise software, specifically with a strong understanding of ERP and Human Capital Management (HCM) product management, analytics, and/or Travel & Expense (T&E) software.
Strategic & Analytical Acumen: Demonstrated history of building and executing a comprehensive business strategy. Must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive business decisions.
Commercial Leadership: Proven experience partnering with commercial leaders to drive significant growth. Experience with business model innovation, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies is a must.
Leadership & Influence: Exceptional ability to lead complex projects across a large, matrixed organization. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required to influence senior leaders and align diverse teams toward a common goal.
Global Acumen: Experience working across different time zones and cultures, demonstrating an understanding of global business practices and a high degree of cultural awareness.
User Empathy: Expertise in user experience (UX) and market research with a passion for understanding customer needs and translating them into product and business strategy.

Responsibilities
• Assist in preconstruction activities on projects; scope development, scheduling and estimating
• Orchestrate a plan from the beginning of construction to completion of the project, including accurately projecting construction activities for scheduling purposes
• Interpret drawings, details of drawings, and specifications
• Achieve objectives through direction of individuals, teams and subcontractors
• Work with senior management to track job progress and costs
• Complete daily reports and safety inspections
• Submit all documentation as required
• Direct, coordinate, and facilitate meetings for owners, subcontractors, architects and local authorities
• Manage all punch list items. Ensure that all outstanding punch list items are completed on time
• Identify potential sales opportunities and communicate them to senior management
• Demonstrate positive and courteous interpersonal skills in all work environments
• Provide general estimates for construction materials
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• High school diploma required. Bachelors degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years work experience as a commercial construction superintendent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• First Aid/CPR certification required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must complete 30h OSHA training.
• Fluency with Microsoft Word, Excel and other software packages
• Ability to conceptualize the “big picture” from blueprints and construction drawings, and translate that vision into a well-constructed facility.
