Outpatient physical therapist job at Chestnut Health Systems
The region's leading provider of integrated behavioral and primary health care is seeking an integrated outpatient clinician to work with our clients for co-occurring (Mental Health & Substance Use) services in Granite City, IL. Position is full-time; daytime hours.
This position may be eligible for a sign-on bonus!
Responsibilities
Help consumers to regain control over their lives through self-directed recovery. Promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness. Use evidence-based practices focusing on individual, family, and group therapy. Link clients to community resources including DCFS, probation/parole, courts, medical care, and natural supports. Promote positive interactions within Chestnut and with the community to sustain a favorable program reputation.
Qualifications
Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work or related field and qualify as a Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) in the state of Illinois. IL licensure of LMFT, LCSW, or LCPC required. Must be willing to be trained in the Community Reinforcement Approach (CRA). Must obtain CRA certification within 3 months following training. Basic computer skills and experience to include MS Word, Outlook, Teams, email and an electronic medical record (EMR). Must be willing and able to offer telehealth services, as dictated by funding sources, client needs/desires and supervisory assignment.

The anticipated starting pay for new hires for this position is between $54,000 - $61,000 annual salary.
