Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Assistant Vice President of Compliance and Civil Rights, the Deputy Administrator for Sexual Harassment, Discrimination, and Retaliation provides leadership and case management expertise to ensure institutional compliance with federal and state laws, as well as university policies, related to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and sexual misconduct.
The Deputy Administrator is responsible for managing intake, investigations, and resolution of complaints, as well as supporting campus education and prevention efforts. This role serves as a key resource in creating and maintaining a safe, equitable, and inclusive campus environment.
Remote Work Designation
This position offers flexibility in work location. While this university office is located in Fresno, CA, we also welcome applicants interested in working remotely. The incumbent will be required to perform all CSU-related work within the state of California. Qualified candidates will be subject to the requirements listed below, which are also subject to change based on business need.
Campus Presence Requirement: The incumbent will be expected to travel to campus a minimum of 4-8 times per year for essential functions, including but not limited to:

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant discipline.
A minimum of three years of experience investigating and resolving complaints related to protected class discrimination, harassment and retaliation, employee relations, student conduct or related.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree (e.g., J.D., Master's) in a related field.
Strong knowledge of federal and state laws relating to discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, including but not limited to Title VII, Title VI, Title IX, VAWA, and Campus SaVE.
Experience in higher education, human resources, or student conduct.
Completion of investigator training programs for discrimination, harassment, human resources or student conduct cases.
Familiarity with case management systems and compliance reporting processes.
Sexual harassment investigation certifications.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Dean serves as the chief administrative and academic officer for the Kremen School of Education & Human Development. Currently, the Dean provides leadership to 63 full-time tenured/tenure-track faculty, 189 temporary faculty, and 21 staff. The Kremen School currently enrolls more than 2,400 students in undergraduate, credential, graduate, and doctoral programs; and it prepares more P-12 school teachers than any other public university in California. In addition to training the region's teachers, the Kremen School trains ethically informed counselors and educational leaders, while providing professional support to the community and promoting applied research.
The Dean is expected to work collaboratively with school and university leaders to identify and articulate a compelling vision and strategy that will define the next level of excellence. The Dean will also be tasked with the following: building and refining academic program offerings; assessing operational structures and procedures; recruiting, retaining, and supporting an exceptional faculty and staff; nurturing external relationships and partnerships; following and enforcing the Academic Policy Manual; and effectively managing the school's resources.

This phase includes in-person training(s), a Bay Area retreat, scheduled virtual training(s), marketing events, and on-site prep at your camp location during the week leading up to camp. Phase Two: On-Site (June-August): On-site hours typically range from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (M-F), averaging 45+ hours per week over 5-8 weeks, depending on camp placement.

The Digital Library Product and Service Manager (DLPSM) will report to the Associate Director for Digital Library Services in the Digital Library Systems and Services (DLSS) division of the Libraries. The division is based on the historic campus of Stanford University in Stanford, California. The position is eligible for remote work.
The Digital Library Product and Service Manager will join a high performing team -- including digital library service managers, product owners, systems analysts, data scientists, and project managers -- in DLSS, the department within Stanford University Libraries (SUL) responsible for the development, promotion, delivery, and continual improvement of digital library services for the Stanford community and the research community more broadly. The role's primary responsibility is to manage and advance two established programs at Stanford University Libraries: Spotlight Exhibits and Virtual Tribunals.
The DLPSM will serve as the product and service manager for Spotlight Exhibits, SUL's online platform for showcasing digital library collections. They will work closely with software development teams at SUL and in the Spotlight open source community to routinely maintain and enhance its features and capabilities over time as digital content, user needs and online technologies evolve. They will directly support SUL collection managers, library curators and their partners in their adoption and ongoing use of Spotlight to promote discovery and use of Stanford's extensive collections. They will lead a service team to promote collaborative, participatory service development with library colleagues. They will also support faculty and researchers at Stanford who aim to showcase their work through teaching and broader online dissemination to reach global audiences. Further they will actively be involved and engage with fellow digital library staff in ongoing efforts to explore and re-imagine the future of digital library collection discovery and access.
The DLPSM will also serve as the product and service manager for Virtual Tribunals (VT), a collaboration between SUL and the Stanford Center for Human Rights and International Justice to compile a comprehensive, searchable digital archive database of international criminal law and tribunal records, from post-World War II war crimes trials through to contemporary courts. Alongside content contributors, subject matter experts, data scientists, engineers and archivists, the DLPSM manages and executes discrete digital collections projects, scoping timelines and resource requirements, engaging with digitization and metadata vendors, developing project plans, specifying and reviewing work packages, tracking progress and communicating outcomes. The size and nature of the VT collection -- which is made available via Stanford's Spotlight -- has grown significantly in the past five years; this role is positioned to build on recent successes to continue to heighten VT's international visibility, to develop new partnerships and attract funding, and to advance the usability of the database through the introduction of new technologies.
Beyond these two primary focus areas, they will contribute to organizational portfolio analysis, continually helping to surface, assess, understand, and communicate the business needs of the library's evolving digital programs and initiatives. They will work with their teammates and DLSS leadership to inform prioritization and decision making where the outcomes impact or depend on the services and resources of DLSS and adjacent units. And they will contribute to team efforts to ensure our systems and services support the organization's mission and values while
promoting a culture of collaboration, peer support and professional development.

Under the supervision of the home-based services supervisor, the family development educator shall be responsible to:

About Families in Action for Quality Education (FIA Oakland)
Families in Action for Quality Education was founded in 2019 among leaders of the five largest and high performing East Oakland charter schools to protect access to quality public schools through elevating authentic parent and youth leadership. We recognized that we were suffering political losses that threatened our families' access to high quality charter schools. We needed to act differently to get different results. Four and a half years later, FIA has scaled its work to 45 schools, district and charter, and become a profound source of city-wide family power. FIA's 500 parent and youth leaders lead campaigns in their schools and city to champion quality education, ensuring that underserved families disrupt inequities at the school and systems level and achieve policy and practice wins. In partnership with Energy Convertors, Great School Voices and its school partners, FIA has become a force to be reckoned with in Oakland education.
Key Responsibilities
This is a full-time position. FIA uses a hybrid model in our organization, meaning we have 3 in office work days and 2 remote work days per week, in addition to some in-person and virtual evening meetings.
In this role, you will report to and receive weekly coaching from the Senior Organizing Consultant in order to:
Recruit, train and lead a team of parent/community leaders to develop school-based parent-led organizing campaigns to empower parents, youth and teachers to act in the public arena to promote and defend their interests and values.
Use 1:1 meetings to build relationships and identify parent/community leaders. Use a variety of outreach methods to recruit leaders and allies through including school events, house visits, and house meetings.
Partner with school leaders and family coordinators to develop family leadership and build sustainable structures to channel parent leadership within schools to accomplish goals such as increased literacy outcomes.
Partner with school leaders and college access teams to develop student leadership and build sustainable structures to channel student leadership within schools to accomplish goals such as increasing college readiness outcomes.
Develop the knowledge and understanding of family leaders in education data, the Oakland public education landscape, and the principles and practices of community organizing.
Develop, lead, and manage education issue campaigns and community collaborations including community meetings, public events and demonstrations, voter education and mobilization initiatives, and other forms of civic engagement.
Develop organizing project plans and use monday.com for project management
Input and analyze weekly organizing data and use it to drive weekly and monthly priorities.
Additional skills, duties and responsibilities
Build strong coalition relationships among school personnel, diverse community organizations stakeholders, neighborhood leaders and elected officials.
Use new media, apps and social media organizing including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Canvasser app, blogs and email outreach to enhance the on-the-ground work.

Compensation, Benefits and Professional Development

FIA takes professional development seriously and invests in development. New organizers receive robust onboarding including training in our organizing principles and power building approach. Site Directors lead dynamic summer camps for K-8th grade, serving as both site General Managers and the public face of the organization. Under the direction of a Field Program Manager you will open and operate a Camp Galileo location serving campers and their families within your community!
You will lead a dynamic seasonal team of educators as well as enthusiastic entry-level staff to create joyful, safe environments, and ensure smooth daily operations. With a focus on exceptional camper and family experiences, you will uphold program quality, foster creativity, and deliver excellence in customer care, curriculum, and team leadership.
Core Responsibilities:
Bring Galileo's spirit to life: Infuse camp with joy, tradition, and creativity. Build an inclusive environment where every camper, staff member, and family feels seen, supported, and inspired.
Lead with ownership and vision: Own every aspect of your camp's launch from preseason planning through end-of-summer wrap-up. As both operational lead and culture builder, oversee every detail from daily camp operations to parent communication, while delivering an exceptional program.
Keep camp safe and running smoothly: Prioritize camper safety and family trust at all times. Anticipate needs, adapt quickly, and problem-solve on the fly to ensure camp runs seamlessly, even when things don't go as planned.
Develop and manage your team effectively: Train and mentor a staff of 10-40. Provide clear expectations for instructional and program standards, ongoing feedback, and professional development, while also handling core management responsibilities such as staffing, scheduling, and payroll.
Model creativity and innovation: Use the Galileo Innovation Approach (GIA) to encourage curiosity and problem-solving. Lead your team in turning challenges into opportunities, keeping both spirit and operations aligned to Galileo's mission.
Build strong partnerships: Serve as the primary face of camp. Communicate proactively with families, facilities partners and HQ support teams, collaborate with your Field Program Manager, and cultivate trust with community partners, staff, and campers.
Location & Work Schedule:
This is a seasonal role running February-September 2026, with a schedule divided into three phases. Exact dates will vary based on the Camp Directors hire date and the dates of camp operations:
Phase One: Training & Prep (Feb-June/July): Up to 15 hours per week - mostly flexible and remote, with some required scheduled and in-person commitments. This phase includes in-person training(s), a Bay Area retreat, scheduled virtual training(s), marketing events, and on-site prep at your camp location during the week leading up to camp. Some events may take place during evenings and weekends.
Phase Two: On-Site (June-August): On-site hours typically range from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (M-F), averaging 45+ hours per week over 5-8 weeks, depending on camp placement.
Phase Three: Wrap-Up (Aug-Sept): Up to 5 hrs total, remote, for final admin tasks and staff reviews.
Compensation:
(Year 1 estimate):
Preseason (Feb-June): Earn hourly pay ($23/hour) for flexible, part-time prep and training
Camp Season (June-Aug): Transition to a weekly salary ($1,450/week) as a full-time, exempt Camp Director during summer operations
Postseason (Aug-Sept): Wrap up with light part-time work, paid hourly ($23/hour)
Bonus/Commission: Earn an additional $1 per camper-week enrollment, plus potential commission for add-on weeks
Exact compensation may vary and will be based on multiple factors, including geography and Galileo camp director tenure. Our pay practices are guided by a commitment to equity and informed by market benchmarking and internal audits to minimize bias and ensure fairness across all roles.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in working in education/child development (K-8 preferred) or related coursework
1+ year of team management and coaching experience or supervisory experience
Availability for part-time remote work starting Feb 2026, and full-time on-site work starting June 2026 (dates vary by location)
Willingness to travel in the region to up to 3 in person marketing events, in the preseason
Flexibility to adapt and manage multiple priorities
Ability to complete all required state certifications before camp starts

Compensation and Benefits
Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $16,250 - 18,167 per month
Full CSU Classification Salary Range: $10,106 - $32,441 per month
Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on the strength of qualifications. This is a CSU Management Personnel Plan (MPP) position.
Positions at Fresno State are to perform their work onsite. Some positions, depending upon University needs and operations, may be eligible for remote work, one day per week, pursuant to Fresno State's remote work guidelines and the CSU policy.
The CSU system provides a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental and vision plans, membership in the California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS), sick and vacation time, and 15 paid holidays a year. Job Summary
Reporting to the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Dean serves as the chief administrative and academic officer for the Kremen School of Education & Human Development. Currently, the Dean provides leadership to 63 full-time tenured/tenure-track faculty, 189 temporary faculty, and 21 staff. The Kremen School currently enrolls more than 2,400 students in undergraduate, credential, graduate, and doctoral programs; and it prepares more P-12 school teachers than any other public university in California. In addition to training the region's teachers, the Kremen School trains ethically informed counselors and educational leaders, while providing professional support to the community and promoting applied research.
The Dean is expected to work collaboratively with school and university leaders to identify and articulate a compelling vision and strategy that will define the next level of excellence. The Dean will also be tasked with the following: building and refining academic program offerings; assessing operational structures and procedures; recruiting, retaining, and supporting an exceptional faculty and staff; nurturing external relationships and partnerships; following and enforcing the Academic Policy Manual; and effectively managing the school's resources.
The Dean should be committed to advancing equity and justice. Successful candidates should demonstrate leadership through significant experience in the fields of education or Counseling and their accreditation processes. An earned doctorate in a field in Kremen, and outstanding academic and scholarly credentials qualifying with an appointment as a tenured full professor in one of the departments at Kremen are required.
