**THE OPPORTUNITY**
The Service Leader is responsible for maintaining a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service. He/she maintains a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment. Your Day in the Life
Review, validate, and apply capitalization policies to CapEx invoices from multiple sources, resolving discrepancies as needed.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Accounting, and Facilities to ensure capital expenditures are properly classified and recorded, providing guidance when questions arise.
Maintain the fixed asset subledger by recording additions, disposals, transfers, and project closures, using judgment to identify items requiring reclassification or follow-up.

Prepare and reconcile all fixed asset and construction-in-progress (CIP) accounts, analyzing variances and recommending corrections.

Review, validate, and apply capitalization policies to CapEx invoices from multiple sources, resolving discrepancies as needed.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Accounting, and Facilities to ensure capital expenditures are properly classified and recorded, providing guidance when questions arise.

+ Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach and train hourly employees.
+ Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.
