    Job DescriptionDescription: SCHEDULE: Two consecutive week days off GENERAL SCOPE: Opportunity to use pride and passion for Olympic Eagle's portfolio of products to create and maintain an image of being the leader in the market. This position is responsible for in-store presentation and stocking, as well as a small amount of selling. The person in this role must be able to follow the strict guidelines and requirements set by Olympic Eagle. Enjoys working alone, following guidelines, meeting deadlines and delivering impeccable customer service. People who excel in this position will be given the opportunity for advancement within OE. Full-time position. Must have availability to work weekends and early mornings. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Driving personal vehicle to retail locations to service and maintain Anheuser Busch and Olympic Eagle's standards of customer service, product displays and cooler presentation Build and rebuild displays according to Anheuser Busch and Olympic Eagle's strict guidelines and requirements Restock coolers while paying attention to freshness codes/dates and rotating and facing product as required Restock displays while paying attention to freshness codes/dates and rotating and facing product as required Rotate and work back stock as necessary Maintain a clean and neat/organized van at all times, according to Olympic Eagles Driver Policy Maintain Olympic Eagle's impeccable image through actions and appearance at all times Deliver consistent, dependable service and support to the sales and operations departments Ability to work as a team player and be flexible, as other merchandisers, sales people and drivers may need assistance or coverage on their routes any time Operate hand truck, six wheeler cart and pallet jack to move product to and from stock rooms to displays, etc. Maintain daily/weekend call sheet and submit to supervisor in a timely manner Follow all safety procedures and processes including but not limited to lifting, reaching and driving. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: High School Diploma or GED required Ability to, regularly and frequently, lift a maximum of 25 lbs required Must have a valid drivers license and insurance levels as detailed below Beverage industry experience preferred, but not required SUCCESSFUL PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS: Customer Service Driven Team oriented Flexible Self-starter Strong work ethic High integrity and honesty Well organized, with ability to prioritize and maintain focus and follow-through under a variety of conditions Up-beat/can-do attitude Displays a high level of drive and determination to achieve high quality Attention to Detail Early morning person WORKING CONDITIONS: Driving to and from customer locations in your own vehicle. Subject to customer location working conditions (i.e., grocery stores, convenience stores, etc.) PHYSICAL DEMANDS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, twist, bend and occasionally stoop, climb, squat and kneel. This position requires the extensive use of hands and arms to lift, rotate and face product, as well as the ability to reach and climb to the tops of displays and full pallets. Specific vision abilities include close, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus for the purpose of assessing image of displays. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old This position requires you to drive your own vehicle during work hours. You will be reimbursed at the IRS standard mileage rate Reimbursements are made biweekly There is no requirement for make/model of vehicle, other than that it MUST be an enclosed vehicle on 4 wheels We track miles through a company called Everlance so you will be required to set up an account with them Insurance requirements are as follows: · Bodily Injury per Person $100,000 · Bodily Injury per Accident $300,000 · Property Damage $100,000 · Un/under-insured motorist - $50,000 · Recommended: $1,000 Comp and Collision Deductibles · No requirement or verification for an endorsement for company use. BENEFITS: Olympic Eagle provides company sponsored Life and Long-Term Disability Insurance to all Full Time Employees. Employees are able to enroll themselves and their families in medical, dental and vision insurance. 401k is provided to non-union employees. Union employees will be part of a pension program. Employees will also receive 8 paid holidays and up to 40 hours of vacation after the first year of employment. This will increase to 80 hours at 2 years. We follow the Washington State Sick Leave for sick time accruals.
