In my experience working at city college you do not get promoted unless you know someone. They will promote only there people. Discrimination at its finest (hispanics)
Maybe attending classes
My favorite benefit is working with students
what do I like about the ceo and leadership team nothing
I would improve the company culture by being fair to those employees that are trying to get to the next level.
I prepare for an interview by reading about the company.
In my experience the city colleges do not pay what the average industry pays.
The representation of diverse demographics they cater only to their own culture. (black)
Personally, the only joy at work is helping students succeed.
