What We're Looking For:
We are looking for a customer-focused individual to provide friendly, fast, and professional service while ensuring the store remains clean, organized, and inviting.
Responsibilities include operating the POS system, assisting with customer inquiries, recommending product improvements, and performing tasks such as stocking, merchandising, and store upkeep.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and teamwork skills, be adaptable to various store functions, and contribute to maintaining company policies and procedures.
An individual who is flexible and open to learning other functions throughout the store and willing to expand their knowledge and skills including but not limited to product knowledge and selling strategies.
Qualifications
High school degree or GED required.
Minimum of twelve months of equivalent experience in a related field required (e.g. Customer Service, Retail, Sales, etc.)
Ability to operate a cash register, calculator, telephone, and personal computer, as needed.

* Verify cash receipts, prepare daily reports, record refunds, voids, and charge card totals, and assist with audits of shortages/overages;
* Clean and close register booths, prepare start-up cash tray for the following day, and handle visitor complaints or direct them to a supervisor;

Special Work Requirements:
