I think the pros of working at Shasta would have to be the work on the belt wrapping for six packs was pretty easy
Their leadership for their afternoon staff is horrible she does not do anything she does not properly handle business also lied on multiple people over an employee that was a temp soon to be hired on that had a control problem and a very bad attitude and don't know how to talk to people in a polite manner
My favorite part is all the lies I have proof of everything and my favorite part is going to be reporting them
Teach the management to properly manage and do not immediately only get one side of a story and react off of one person because now it's become a issue teachman to follow the proper protocol of a situation at hand temp agencies or not also teach them to do the proper investigating from both parties not just one also management should not be lying to agencies or any for any reason in email or over a phone without proper proof to back that up and that's exactly what one did degraded my character made lies on me sent me home with one paperwork and then turned around submitted that paperwork and then went back and changed it in an email asking for it to be changed no not the proper way to handle business at all and that definitely violates more than one of a worker's rights
Nothing their leadership is horrible for the afternoon shift they sit there and watch people use their friendships to ruin people's time pay and worth credibility without zero proof
The diversity and the demographics was a little upsetting due to the fact that I'm a African-American woman and just go my name my character degraded my name lied on in slandered and lies being told on me with no proof just no investigation no warning no nothing just completely lied on and ripped out of my chance over one person making a lie instead of doing a proper investigation of the situation before which I have all my proof and documentation I hope all those lies she can prove
Watching all the staff members going to put a lot of sodas in their vehicles off of the conveyor belts after weave worked our butts off all day getting them ready to go out and then claim that they are under product low on product
