Clean Harbors is seeking a Traveling FieldProjectManager to join our team. The FieldProjectManager is primarily responsible for estimating remediation projects. This position will manage 1-6 projects in all phases of the project. This employee will work from home but will travel as much as is needed to manage customers and the field teams working on current projects. Typical travel pattern is field based for 6 weeks and then home for 1 week. Soil Construction/Soil Remediation project experience required.
Location: Arizona is preferred. All other West Coast locations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Pay: $80,000-$110,000 DOE, annual bonus plan
Travel: Will travel as needed to various project sites, up to 6 weeks in the field at one time.

What does it take to work for Clean Harbors?
Bachelor's degree in civil or Geological engineering, Geology preferred, Hydrogeology, Environmental Sciences or related disciplines preferred;
10+ years' demonstrated ProjectManagement/Estimating experience in environmental remediation preferred;
Cost estimating experience and ability to develop and present Project Change Orders;
Ability to review and interpret technical specifications and drawings;
Excellent writing and communication skills;
Strong environmental remediation background and experience;
Computer literate and fully proficient in Windows-based business software including Word and Excel;

Physical Requirements
This position is physically demanding, and candidates must be able to navigate varying site conditions where steep slopes and rugged terrain may be present and walk several miles per day. Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted and wear personal protective equipment that may restrict movement, when required.
Requires walking and standing for extended periods of time, sitting in equipment that may vibrate or jostle, climbing and working at heights, pulling/pushing, carrying, grasping, reaching, crawling, stooping, crouching, and balance. Job Summary:
As an Assistant ProjectManager, you will play a critical role in the early-stage planning and coordination of utility-scale solar, wind, and battery storage projects. Create and complete project schedules.
Plan and coordinate material take-offs and subcontractors.
Coordinate with ProjectManager on project documents.
Assist PM in defining subcontracted work scope and verifying vendors.
Help manage shipments of materials to sites.
Enter data into tracking spreadsheets to ensure compliance.
Maintain cost trackers to stay within budget.
Resolve contract questions with guidance from the PM.
Ensure all Certificates of Insurance are complete.
Maintain effective communication throughout the project.
Execute small projects independently when required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Plan and organize tasks for team members, providing instructions and assigning duties.
Examine work for accuracy and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
Complete performance reviews as assigned.
What YOU bring:
At least 2 years of experience with large customer interface preferred. (ie- restaurant industry, rental car industry, etc.)
Experience in construction environment preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills necessary.
Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
Must pass an MVR, background, and drug test.
This is a hybrid position that takes place in Crowley, TX 3 days a week.

Job Overview: As a ProjectManager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing our water, fire, and mold remediation and restoration processes. Collaborating closely with the Operations Director, you will ensure that our team effectively follows up on assigned jobs, meets customer expectations, and maintains the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist operations director in managing assigned jobs and addressing customer needs.
Support effective communication within the management team.
Analyze departmental budgets for cost optimization and profit enhancement.
Ensure accurate documentation using the Job system (MICA).
Educate customers on products/services and articulate their use and necessity.
Identify safety hazards, establish control measures, and uphold safety policies.
Create and review job scopes with accuracy and clarity.
Conduct water extraction, demolitions, and light construction tasks.
Set up and monitor drying equipment.
Uphold company policies and procedures.
Maintain positive relationships within the local community.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
2 years of restoration experience (preferred).
IICRC WRT/ASD certification (preferred).
Must pass a Respiratory Fit Test.
