Position Overview:
The Learning Coach partners with internal teams and external members to optimize, personalize, and enhance operational workflows across OCHIN member organizations. This role provides expert support to healthcare clinics by evaluating workflows, offering strategic input to member leadership, and driving improvements aligned with OCHIN's best practice standards.
Essential Functions:
Collaborate with member leadership, including executive-level stakeholders, to assess workflows, identify optimization opportunities, and contribute to strategic decision-making and member engagement initiatives.
Deliver interactive training sessions to large and small audiences through multiple modalities, including personalization labs, what to do sessions, at-the-elbow support, and cohort-based learning during and after Epic system go-lives.
Provide workflow coaching, optimization, and best practice recommendations to OCHIN members and internal staff. Serve as a change agent during high-impact situations, guiding members and internal stakeholders through operational transformations and change management strategies to promote sustainable improvements.
Assist in the design, development, and enhancement of learning programs, training content, lesson plans, and training aids. Collect and analyze feedback and learning data across multiple modalities to inform and implement improvements in learning activities, workflow adoption, and overall training effectiveness.
Collaborate with other OCHIN departments (e.g., HCCN, Clinical Informatics, Research) on special projects, grant initiatives, and workflow improvement efforts.
Configure Epic system components, document system changes and enhancements, and share expertise by mentoring and coaching peers and new team members.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in similar or relevant role required. 10 Years of applicable experience desired.
Experience with EHR software, EPIC is required.
Experience with Revenue Cycle and Financial principles
EPIC Certifications in PB/HB Resolute, and PB/HB Claims are highly desired.
Epic Certification/Accreditation/Proficiency required withing 6 months of hire.
Experience in PB Claims, HB Claims, SBO, Prelude, Cadence and EpicCare modules a plus.
Experience in or with Critical Access Hospitals or Rural hospitals is highly desired.
Experience in or with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is highly desired.

Employees work remotely from home and many of our positions also support our member organizations on-site for new software installations. JOB DESCRIPTION
Youll be the coach, role model and hero to your team of campers. Leading them through instructional drills, games and competitions throughout the day while providing motivation in inspiration to help them improve in sports and grow in life. We train you to be a wizard in customer relationship management as our parent liaison. Youll provide written evaluations and notes to campers that will live on their refrigerator as a reminder of the amazing experience they had with you. We pride ourselves in creating a team atmosphere where co-workers become lifelong friends and many hands make a light load. Youll be asked to help with setup, take down, check-in and check-out.
We have a variety of ways you can spend your summer at camp and build marketable skills for your resume at the same time. Sure, you'll have bragging rights as a Knockout Champion, but you'll also gain group management, communication, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills. All while forming lifelong friendships, experiencing what it's like to have your own fan club and being part of a program that's set the bar for youth sports in the bay area for 29 years.

WORK HOURS AND DATES
The camp environment is demanding, requiring intense dedication and work ethic from each staff member. We seek and make offers to staff who we believe are capable of thriving in this environment and contributing to camps success.
The entire camp day runs, on average, 8 hours for staff. Each site varies, but our Summer begins June 4 and ends August 17.
HALF-DAY AND FULL-DAY SCHEDULES
Monday: 8:05am 12:05pm and/or 12:35pm 4:05pm
Tuesday-Friday: 8:35am 12:05pm and/or 12:35pm 5:05pm

Job Responsibilities
Coaches are responsible for creating a fun and safe environment for all young athletes (8-18 years old) improve their health and fitness, achieve basketball and performance-based goals. The hours vary between weekdays 3:30-9:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (varies depending on registrations and space available).
Essential Functions
Arrive prior to start of program to set up and prepare court
Attentive and engaging with each player in the assigned program
Establish positive relationships with players and parents
Supervise children on a regular basis
Attend all assigned staff meeting
Provide safe and clean environment for children
Clear and prompt communication with supervisor, co-workers, and participants
Additional Functions:
Ability to work well in high stress situations
Visual and auditory ability to respond to critical incidents and the physical ability to act swiftly in an emergency situation
Job Specifics
Facilitate sport clinic style curriculum
Instruct participants in systemic performance programming to address individual and/or teams needs
Establish positive relationships players and parents

6 months of experience job coaching
