Our signature interval-based classes combine running, walking, and strength training for a complete, efficient, and results-driven workout. Each class is designed for all fitness levels and led by STRIDE Certified Coaches who motivate, guide, and challenge members to achieve their goals in a supportive environment. Your Role as Head Coach The Head Coach ensures every class, coach, and member interaction reflects the STRIDE Fitness standard of excellence. You'll lead by example, mentor your coaching team, and represent STRIDE Southlands as a passionate ambassador for fitness and community. Key Responsibilities: Coach 10+ classes per week across all STRIDE formats Deliver engaging, high-energy classes with personal-training style instruction Provide mentorship and feedback to coaches to ensure quality and consistency Build lasting relationships with members to promote retention and referrals Assist with new member onboarding, outreach, and special studio events Lead outdoor workouts, community activations, and brand visibility efforts Uphold studio standards, class programming, and overall member experience What Were Looking For Required: Personal training and group fitness coaching experience; confident leading multiple class formats Strong leadership and team mentorship abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Enthusiastic about building a strong member community Passionate about fitness, growth, and making a positive impact Additional Opportunities If you're not selected for the Head Coach role, we are also hiring passionate Coaches to join the STRIDE Fitness Southlands team.
