The majority of the interventions should be in-person. 10. CTI coaches may need to work a flexible schedule to ensure continuity of care and optimal support services. 11. Other duties as assigned. The position requires an Associate's degree in human services, psychology/social work, business management or management or related field and equivalent experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
