About the Company CCPHP is seeking a full-time and highly skilled Exercise Physiologist / Performance & Wellness Health Coach to deliver data-driven performance testing and individualized coaching services to members of our concierge medicine organization. This position will begin as part-time and transition within three months to a full-time position. This role is New York City-based and requires travel throughout the United States to support on-site performance training, testing, assessments, and physician engagement, in addition to remote coaching conducted via a HIPAA-compliant audio and video platform. SCOPE South Bronx United (SBU) is seeking energetic individuals with a passion for youth development and soccer to join our team of SBU Coach-Mentors. In the position, the individual will serve as a mentor and Head Soccer Coach for a travel team of boys or girls within the SBU Academy Program. As a mentor, the individual serves as the first point of contact for any issues regarding SBU student athletes on the team and as a positive influence promoting education, character, and community. As a coach, the individual will run twice-weekly soccer trainings and coach the team at weekend games. The coach will have the goal of keeping youth active, instilling fun, and helping youth grow as both players and students. This is a part time position from September to June requiring approximately 8-12 hours/week during the fall and spring seasons. Hours will decrease during the winter off-season (January-February) to 4-6 hours/week. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. TGA Junior Golf of Upper Manhattan is just starting, the demand is through the roof, and we NEED COACHES! This posting is specifically for individuals who would love to teach the game of golf to KIDS. We are looking for responsible individuals who are passionate about teaching kids. TGA uses GOLF as the vehicle to teach kids ages 5-14 a skill, while incorporating education, character development, and proper etiquette. We do it in the comfort of their own school or community. Mentorship & Development: Serve as a mentor and role model for players, promoting values such as integrity, discipline, respect, and resilience. Provide individualized support to help athletes navigate personal challenges and set both athletic and academic goals. Community Engagement: Foster strong relationships with players, parents, and community members. Actively participate in community events and outreach efforts to promote the program and its impact, and to encourage community support and involvement. Player Evaluation & Development: Monitor player progress through regular assessments and feedback. Identify areas for improvement and develop tailored training plans to help each athlete reach their full potential. Safety & Compliance: Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants, adhering to program policies, safety guidelines, and best practices in youth sports. Administrative Responsibilities: Oversee team logistics, including scheduling practices, games, and events. Manage communication with players and families, and coordinate with program staff on administrative tasks as needed. Education and Experience Requirements: Extensive coaching experience, preferably at the youth or high school level, with a strong background in basketball. Proven track record of developing young athletes both in sports and academics. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with youth and their families. Strong understanding of the importance of academic achievement in conjunction with athletic development. Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and supportive team culture. First Aid/CPR certification is a plus.
