• Led organization’s external relationship cultivation and management of after-school program partners, operational staff leadership and management, and training leadership across 6 regions nationally.

• Built and directed organization’s first remote office in Southern California to increase impact and efficiency and to develop relationships with leaders to build a stronger brand within Southern California.

• Pioneered national expansion of organization using redesigned volunteer program model.

• Created a college chapter model to reinforce the organization’s volunteer program model to increase efficiency and sustainability.

• Led trainings nationally and regionally to instruct organizations on best practices for volunteer management, sports-based youth development, and program structure creation. Designed, executed, and evaluated trainings to be used for start-up programs, multi-city-based organizations, and conference presentations.
