Job Description
You will work under the direction of IT management staff and support the day-to- day operations, maintenance, and support of PCs, peripherals, and client networks from end to end. Work closely with network engineers, development staff and systems administrators as directed to support management of servers, desktops, network appliances, and other key support and systems management processes. Frequent special projects are defined and executed which require innovative thinking, well organized processes, and the ability to formulate conclusions, present facts, and provide recommendations
Qualifications
1. Trainee/Intern, Experience with networking and Cisco equipment.
2. Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
3. Minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.5
4. Demonstrates problem solving skills in customer focused environment.
5. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
6. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
